Instructions for 3.2, 1b) and c): carefully and neatly copy the graph of the function given. On your copy of the graph draw the tangent line at x=-2 and x=-1. Estimate f'(x) based on your drawing of the tangent lines by estimating the coordinates of two points on each tangent line and taking the slope.

Grading:
Your final grade is calculated as such:
10% HW
25% first exam - Monday, June 6th
25% second exam - Monday, June 20th
40% final exam - Thursday, June 30th
For exams you are allowed one single sided page of notes (a "cheat sheet"). For the final exam you are allowed a double sided page of notes. No books or calculators are allowed. Homework is graded on completion for most problems. Some selected problems are graded on correctness.
