Department, on leave starting August 2018 at the University of Southern California, and a von Neumann Fellow at the Institute for Advanced Studies during the academic year 2017-2018.
My research
is primarily in algebraic combinatorics with connections to representation theory, statistical mechanics and probability, computational complexity theory.
I obtained my PhD (math, 2011) at Harvard under Professor Richard Stanley from MIT. Afterwards, I was an Assistant Adj Professor and Simons Postdoctoral Fellow at UCLA (2011-2014), and an Assistant Professor at UPenn (2014-2018).
