IMPORTANT NOTE
We are now accepting applications for the PhD and Masters Programs in AMCS.
The program has not yet received all necessary administrative approvals,
but we expect to receive them before Spring 2008, when students will be officially
admitted to the program, to matriculate in the Fall of 2008.

The University of Pennsylvania was founded by Benjamin Franklin in 1740. He was the among the first Scientists, of European descent, in the new world.
